At Select Water Solutions, safety isn’t just a priority—it’s part of our culture. We are thrilled to announce the finalists for the 2024 Safety Recognition Program (SRP), a celebration of the individuals who exemplify excellence in workplace safety. This year, 1,453 safety awards were presented to team members across our organization, recognizing their commitment to protecting our people, communities, and operations.
The culmination of this program is the highly anticipated, live-streamed SRP event, set to take place on January 29 in Gainesville, Texas. Forty-three exceptional team members have earned their spot as finalists at this exclusive event. In addition to celebrating their achievements, one lucky finalist will drive away with the grand prize: a 2024 Ram 1500 pickup truck.

In addition, attendees will have the chance to win prizes including DJI Drones, Meta Quest VR Headsets, iPads, or AirPods. The second-place winner will receive $7,500, and third place will take home $5,000.
About the Safety Recognition Program
Launched in 2016, Select Water Solutions’ SRP celebrates team members who consistently uphold the highest standards of safety in their daily roles. Employees can earn up to five safety awards each year, with finalists reaching the top tier. These outstanding individuals are invited to the annual SRP reception, where they’re celebrated for their achievements and given the chance to win incredible prizes.
