Safety Recognition Program
Since 2016, our Safety Recognition Program has provided team members with an outlet for setting and accomplishing personal safety goals, ultimately improving our company-wide commitment to safe working practices.
Team members who demonstrate a personal commitment to safety through a positive track record and/or individual actions are recognized with award throughout the year.
At the end of the year, those who have reached all five levels, gather for a special live-streamed recognition ceremony at our operational headquarters in Gainesville, Texas. One lucky honoree is chosen via random drawing to receive a brand new pickup truck, courtesy of the company.

In-Cab Driver Technology Initiative
At Select, prioritizing safety is integral to our company culture. Our investment in distracted driving technology helps managers review behavior and alerts drivers of potential issue en route. This technology has resulted in a 50% reduction in at-fault incidents, preventing approximately 1,000 collisions.
Auto Incidents Per 100 Vehicles
Reduction in at-fault auto incidents by 50% while growing the fleet by 50% since 2018. Estimated to have prevented ~1000 at-fault collisions since 2018.
Expanding technology’s role has led to tangible decline in exposure
90% of total fleet, across all vehicle classes, currently outfitted with In-Cab Driver Technology.
