Treatment Technologies
Treating source water streams including produced and flowback water before a hydraulic fracturing job to verify compatibility with frac chemistry
Aeration – Primarily used to oxygenate water so as to prevent growth of harmful bacteria which can cause H2S formation in tanks and impoundments. Aeration can also aid in freeze protection during cold weather.
Biocides – Kill bacteria in stored water, pretreat frac water on the fly and inhibit growth of bacteria over the long term while outputting treated water and keeping your footprint small.
Chemical Clarification – Reduce turbidity and generate clean brine through chemical and physical clarification with a mobile platform solution that takes just days to deploy.
Filtration – Large and small particle filtration is available for high and low volumes of water during fracturing operations, before fracturing operations or as it flows back.
Systemized Chlorine Dioxide (ClO2) – On-the-fly mobile treatment of produced and flowback water in tanks, pits, and ponds.
Distillation – Various methods to produce high-purity water, suitable for beneficial reuse. An area of intense industry focus with a goal of safe discharge.
Automation
Managing multiple incoming and outgoing water streams for recycling is increasing in complexity. Automation makes the impossible possible from a labor, logistics, and safety perspective.

Chemistry
Increasing flexibility and usability of water through treatment chemistry is something we do everyday.
As base fluid for completion operations, recycled produced water must be treated to acheive functional compatibility with completion chemical package and reservoir conditions.
